We help our athletes develop and enjoy the functionality of their body by targeting key components such as strength, mobility, conditioning and confidence. We understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.
Keith has had a passion for working out since he was very young. He wrestled through high school as well as wrestled in college. He recently began to race in ultramarathons completing 50 and 100 mile runs in California and Arizona. He likes to combine strength and cardio into all the workouts he writes for boot camp classes.
Strength & Functional Training
Elizabeth Chamis is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with a passion for human movement and athletic development. She is a former NCAA Division II soccer player, previous owner of Coal Creek CrossFit in Lafayette, CO, and co-founder of the Virginia Beach chapter of Faith Rx’d. Notable certifications and seminars attended include Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist, Functional Movement Systems, TRX Suspension Trainer, CrossFit Level I, CrossFit Olympic Lifting, and CrossFit Mobility. She has been married for 13 years, has one son and one Italian Greyhound.
Pete is a strength and conditioning coach that believes everyone is an athlete at some level and maximizing athletic potential translates into better performance of daily tasks and quality of life in general. He is a former NCAA Division I soccer player at Marshall University in Huntington, WV and professional soccer player for seven seasons in the United Soccer Leagues. Pete holds a Master’s of Science degree in Exercise Science, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and has completed the CrossFit Level I, CrossFit Level II, and CrossFit Olympic Lifting seminars.
